Third time D-wayne is going to release a track on Steve Aoki’s label

•• The release of “Quantum” scheduled for May 14th forms the completion of a trilogy.

D-wayne’s first track released on Dim Mak Records “EPONYM” (a collab with Jacob van Hage) received great recognition by being selected on Dim Mak’s album Best Of 2011.
His second track on this label was “PUNKd” which was released on Dim Mak’s compilation New Noise vol. 1. Beside that this track was one of Steve Aoki’s favorites on the volume it was also part of Tiesto’s set he played during his South America Clublife tour in Fall 2011.
And now a new milestone is reached by releasing again a track, called “Quantum” on this very famous and strong US record label.

“Shatter” – D-wayne’s collab with Gabriel & Dresden is out now

•• Track surprised a lot of people but is generally seen as a masterpiece of electro house sound.

Numerous websites posted blogs about the track expecting it to attract the attention of all who hear it.
In some blogs it is already called an “instant classic”.

“A sweeping progressive instrumental tune crafted by Gabriel & Dresden alongside young Dutch producer D-wayne. The track blends a catchy electro riff, a frenzy-causing build and a solid bassline and is just melodic enough to be considered trance, but packs a house punch.
We expect to hear a lot more of this tune come festival season, and a lot more from D-wayne as well.“

D-wayne’s “Mirroar” made it out of over 600 tracks to be one of the 40 most important during the Amsterdam Dance Event 2012 held last year October in Amsterdam.
The track was mentioned in a chart by DMC World Magazine especially published for the ADE 2012.
DMC claim to be the world’s no.1 Digital Music Community on the internet. Every week they compile their world wide known Buzz Chart of tracks where was most talked about in the Dance music business during the preceding week.

Cr2 Records was set up in July 2004 by former Credence Records Boss & one half of MYNC, Mark Brown.
Cr2 has been home to some of dance musics biggest hits over the last 5 years including ‘Put your Hands Up For Detroit’ by Fedde Le Grand, ‘Walking Away’ by The Egg, ‘Woz Not Woz’ by Eric Prydz & Steve Angello and most recently ‘Let The Bass Kick In Miami Girl’ by Chuckie & LMFAO.

“While Gabriel & Dresden’s recent vocal trance release “Play it Back” gains momentum on the radio and YouTube, the boys are unleashing the instrumental monster “Shatter” to do the damage until their next vocal song drops in a month.
For this release, Josh & Dave invited fast rising 18 year old Dutch DJ/producer D-wayne to their studio and in just several sessions made this tune that has been a showstopper in their sets since it’s debut play at Escape From Wonderland in LA last October.
D-wayne, while still being a teenager, is no stranger to success, with a bevy of releases on labels such as Dim Mak, Wall, Spinnin’ and Protocol. He’s also an accomplished remixer twisting the knobs for artists such as Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez, R3hab as well as G&D and Secret Panda Society’s “No Reservations”.

New collaboration of Gabriel & Dresden and D-wayne out soon

•• “Shatter” out on Organized Nature (Armada) on January 28th.

Since D-wayne’s EPONYM (a collab with Jacob van Hage) came out Gabriel & Dresden are impressed by his potential of creating massive tracks.
They asked him at the end of 2011 to make a remix version of their track “No Reservations” and after this success they invited D-wayne to their studio.
“Shatter” will come out on Beatport first and two weeks later on other music portals on the internet.

Track “Hey DJ” of The Opposites officially remixed by D-wayne

•• Remix version released for supporting charity initiative Dutch national radiostation.

Dutch national radiostation “Radio 3FM” has once a year a special week at the end of December in which they raise funds for a charity initiative. Especially for this year’s event the immensely popular Dutch hip hop duo “The Opposites” recorded the track “Hey DJ” that broke already in a short time several popularity records.
Various DJs/producers in the Netherlands including D-wayne have been invited right after The Opposites finished the original to deliver a remix version that is going to be promoted in that week and of which all proceeds will go to the charity initiative.

•• Remixes for Martin Kierszenbaum, the man behind Lady Gaga, released on iTunes.

Martin Kierszenbaum used the moniker “Cherry Cherry Boom Boom” to write, perform and produce the original track that D-wayne officially remixed for him.

Rewind on Wooha!

•• New track of D-wayne to be released on prestigious Belgian recordlabel.

The Wooha! label is one of the recordlabels owned by N.E.W.S. in Belgium. The recordlabel releases so called “standout” tunes that are destined for big room parties, summer festivals and beyond.
“Rewind” is going to be D-wayne’s first release on this label. It will be available first on Beatport from Nov 12th as a “Beatport Exclusive” track and two weeks later it is also available on other music portals.

NEON – New track of D-wayne on Nervous Records

•• Established record label in US excited about D-wayne’s second release on their label.
Nervous Records is a legendary New York City-based record label of underground House music and Hip-hop and one of the longest standing independent record labels in the US.
After having released D-wayne’s track “Kampala” in 2011 Nervous Records is now releasing “Neon” that has a slight variety on the typical D-wayne sound.
